Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery zones. “Delivery” occurs when you or a designated third party obtains physical possession of the goods, as evidenced by the signed receipt at your specified address.
**Price & Payment**
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in any product you ordered, we will inform you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are subject to change at any time.
**Invoice**
You will receive an invoice with your products upon delivery.
**Taxes**
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, duties, cesses, and other fees as per current laws and regulations.
**Confirmation and Cancellation**
An order that has been cancelled cannot be reinstated; a new order must be placed. Cancellation is not possible once an order is in processing. For changes before dispatch, contact us—once dispatched, no changes are allowed.

After your returned order passes quality checks, a refund will be issued to the original payment source within 7 working days. Baftic reserves the right to decline a refund if fraud, misuse, or manipulative behaviour is detected.
