You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
**Return Policy**
*Condition for Return:*
Products must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging.
All tags, labels, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be intact.
Products returned in a used or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
**Reverse Pickup:**
We offer a reverse pickup service for eligible pin codes.
A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
If unsuccessful, you must courier the product to the address listed in the Contact Us section.
**Refund Timeline:**
After receiving the product and passing our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
**Replacement Policy**
You may request a product replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Replacements are subject to stock availability and successful quality inspection of the returned product.

**Order Cancellation**
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return (if applicable) after delivery.
