<p>You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.</p>

<p><em>Condition for Return:</em></p>
<li>Products must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging.</li>
<li>All tags, labels, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be intact.</li>
<li>Products returned in a used or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.</li>
<h2 id="reverse-pickup">Reverse Pickup</h2>
<li>We offer a reverse pickup service for eligible pin codes.</li>
<li>A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.</li>
<li>If unsuccessful, you must courier the product to the address listed in the Contact Us section.</li>
<h2 id="refund-timeline">Refund Timeline</h2>
<p>After receiving the product and passing our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.</p>
<h2 id="replacement-policy">Replacement Policy</h2>
<li>You may request a product replacement within 7 days of delivery.</li>
<li>Replacements are subject to stock availability and successful quality inspection of the returned product.</li>

<p>Please ensure the product is unused and in original condition to be eligible for refund/replacement.</p>
<h2 id="order-cancellation">Order Cancellation</h2>
<li>Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.</li>
<li>Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return (if applicable) after delivery.</li>
