We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent post‑purchase experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully:

Eligibility Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Return Policy

  • Condition for Return:
    • Products must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging.
    • All tags, labels, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be intact.
    • Products returned in a used or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Reverse Pickup:
    • We offer a reverse pickup service for eligible pin codes.
    • A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
    • If unsuccessful, you must courier the product to the address listed in the Contact Us section.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • After receiving the product and passing our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Replacement Policy

  • You may request a product replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability and successful quality inspection of the returned product.

Exceptions – No Returns, Only Replacements

For select premium brands, returns are not accepted. Only replacement requests will be entertained within the 7‑day window:

  • Cronus Art
  • Audaz

Please ensure the product is unused and in original condition to be eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return (if applicable) after delivery.
