Eligibility Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Return Policy

Condition for Return:

Products must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging. All tags, labels, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be intact. Products returned in a used or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund. An unboxing video is mandatory in case a wrong or defective item is received. The video must clearly show the package opening and the product received.

Reverse Pickup

We offer a reverse pickup service for eligible pin codes.A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.If unsuccessful, you must courier the product to the address listed in the Contact Us section.
